Program Description

In conjunction with the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC), Carnevale Associates, LLC (Carnevale) released the seminal 2016, “Regulating Marijuana in California” report. It concluded with a proposed regulatory framework. Trident has since partnered with Carnevale to adapt the framework, incorporating population health considerations.
