Mrs. Springer has over six years of legal and management experience, with proven skill sets in regulatory affairs, strategic partnership, and policy development. She leads the effort at Trident House International, LLC to identify strategic engagement opportunities for new partnerships, communications channels, and special projects.

Mr. Tennyson Springer has over twenty-seven years of senior public health leadership experience in the Caribbean directing, primary care services at the Barbados Queen Elizabeth hospital, behavioral health services at the Barbados Psychiatric Hospital, and islandwide healthcare services as the Permanent Secretary for Health for the Barbados Ministry of Health. He serves as the Senior Consultant for Trident House International, LLC leading project management activities for special projects, as well as supporting strategic partner development and government relations efforts across the region.
